THE day I purchased a deal on Living Social for a lymph drainage massage with Andrew Smith, at The Willows Clinic was the day I will remember as the start of my journey to recovery. Having had two knee replacements in the past 3 years my legs were retaining fluid and it was very painful to walk any distance and standing for any period of time was also painful. I had no idea of what to expect regarding the treatment but was very pleasantly surprised to find that it was no different to having your blood pressure taken and that after a short period of time I could see and feel the results. The deep tissue massage has worked wonders and my legs are no longer painful. I have started to walk a short distance again and can now do a 20 minute walk whereas before the treatment I could not walk any distance. I would highly recommend the treatment to anyone who has painful joints.
